Flooded Basement in Lakewood, WA

This home suffered from a broken pipe which led to a flooded basement in Lakewood, WA. There was some standing water in the garage that had to be dried and some visible water saturation in the carpet. Unfortunately this time we had to remove the carpet to be able to dry the sub-floor properly. The drying process only took 4 days! The customer was able to come home to a completely dry home that was ready for repairs. Don't forget - we coordinate repairs as well! If you would like us to take care of the repairs as well, just let us know before or after mitigation is complete!
