There are a few measures you can take to reduce water consumption at your business, which will save you money.

You might have seen touch-free faucets that spray water for a short period of time before turning off.  You can install these in your business. It might be a bit expensive at first, but it should save you money in the long run. Manufacturers claim that automatic faucets can save up to 80% of water per faucet installed. 

Additionally, using the newer faucet aerators can save money too. The typical bathroom uses 2.2 gallons of water per minute.  Installing an aerator will maintain the same water pressure, while reducing the total water output by .5 gallons per minute. At around $2 per unit, this is an extremely inexpensive way to save money in your business.

While the initial cost may be high, you can also install water-efficient appliances in your business.  This includes items like dishwashers, toilets, and drinking fountains, where it applies.
